Please help us support Kassidy and Owen during this difficult time with a donation to assist with the expences of Michael's services and celebration of life.
In order to help with these unexpected funeral expenses for their father, Michael Murphy, we've started this fund. Michael passed away on May 5th after a month long battle with the Flu, Pneumonia and a severe fungal infection in his lungs. He spent 5 weeks in the hospital and combined with his other health complications was unable to recover. This has been a very difficult time for Kassidy and Owen and sadly there wasnt any life insurance to help with the costs.
You can join the family at Long & Scott Farms on Saturday, May 21st at 3 p.m. for a memorial service and balloon release in Michael's honor. The celebration will continue to McGregor's where you can share your abundant stories of how Michael touched your life.
In lieu of flowers, Kassidy and Owen had a trip planned with their father to Australia to attend a convention for the company that their grandfather, Owen K. Murphy founded. They still wish to honor their father by attending in June and while their accomidations have been taken care of, there are some additional costs. They intend to spread some of Michaels ashes while there and look forward to learning more about their grandfathers legancy and the Niagra Company- which up until a few months ago didnt know it was still in existance!
