Ukraine is facing an unprecedented emergency. Families are being forced out of their homes due to bombardment by artillery and missile strikes; People are fleeing their country and are in dire need of our help

Due to this, we have set up this fundraiser to support the Disasters Emergency Committee- an umbrella group of UK charities that provides emergency aid to people involved in humanitarian crises worldwide. Funds provided will go towards Food, Blankets, and Hygiene supplies for people in Ukraine and neighbouring countries.

We are a group of 23 Sixth Form students from Lancaster Royal Grammar School, in the Northwest of England. We plan to collectively run, swim, and row the 2300km between Lancaster and Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine.

Our goal is to raise £2300- one pound for every kilometre. We would greatly appreciate it if you would donate or share to help the people of Ukraine.
