FUNDRAISER OFFICIALLY CLOSES AT 11:59PM (EST) ON FRIDAY, MAY 10 <3

Hi! Thank you so much for clicking on this fundraiser! I’m Meredith! And I'm currently on a road trip across the country (driving from Florida to California) to purposefully seek out rejection for 23 days.

I’ve named this project “23 Days of Rejection” because I started filming the very first week of 2023 (hence the number "23"). By the end of this project, I’ll have completed 23 total YouTube videos, each centered on a different rejection challenge in a different city across America.

This has been the most fulfilling thing I’ve ever worked on — and it’s been so encouraging to hear how much these stories have impacted my friends, family, and people I’ve met along the way. I never would’ve expected some of the stories I’ve heard about this project being mentioned in work meetings, interviews, and the impact that some friends have told me it’s had on their lives.

My goal, when I began this journey, was not just to desensitize myself to rejection, but to prove that if you’re willing to collect a few “no’s” and get through a couple of rejections, you never know what sort of fulfilling life experiences might be on the other side. And I can't believe that, through my experiences so far, I'm starting to prove just that.

I’m currently gearing up to finish filming the last few videos of my project — and YES! I already have 13 total videos finished and posted to YouTube. (Watch my favorite one here: https://youtu.be/aTOPj6NPO9w)

This journey, and what I'm learning along the way, is completely free to the public. And I’m currently looking for financial partners to help me bring this project to the finish line. I’ve realized this project has become a lot bigger than myself and I’ve come to the end of my personal resources. I don’t need a lot, but I do need a little, and I’m so excited to finish up this project and bring it to completion with your help.

To complete this project by the end of October, I need to cover the cost of filming my last 10 videos, the gas back across America (California back to Florida), the cost of filming the finale (termed in my videos as "The Ultimate Challenge"), and the cost of my car becoming driveable again.

This breaks down to (in order of priority):

-$1200; The cost of my car becoming driveable again when I had it towed in San Antonio, Texas (Needed my AC Compressor and AC Condensor completely replaced for my car to be driveable again)

-$3000; The cost of filming my last 10 videos ($300 per video x 10)

-$600; The cost to drive back across America

-$300; The cost of both filming and editing my final video "The Ultimate Challenge"
