Disc golf is one of the fastest growing sports in the world and is played by all ages. The rules are essentially the same as traditional golf (ball golf) . Instead of hitting balls into holes you throw discs into baskets.
Windsor Lake is a beautiful Park and has plenty of room for a course which will only add to the existing attractions. There is already a great number of disc golfers in the Berkshires but the courses are very limited. By building this course we aim to encourage new people to try the sport and help grow the disc golf scene in the Berkshires.
Along with hours of volunteer work from local disc golfers, the hardest part about building a new course is raising enough money for materials especially the baskets and tee signs. Your generous donation will help off set these costs.
