Memorial and Legal Services for our Dad.

      I honestly don't know how to even write this. My heart has been in such a crumble with all that has been going on. I'm still in utter shock that this has even happened.
      My dad Pedro Ramirez Jr. Lived a great happy life with of course regular life ups and downs. But no matter what he was an amazing father and grandfather. He was my person to talk to you when life brought me down. He never judged and was always so caring.  
      He was battling cancer and was such an amazing and strong fighter. Once he came in contact with COVID 19. The lord knew it was time for him to stop suffering and have him sit next him in heaven. So on July 22,2020 my dad passed away. It brings tears to my eyes and sadness in my heart but I also know he isn't in any pain anymore.
    Unfortunately during these circumstances my father did not have a will at the time of his passing, and our step mom is also unfortunately is taking advantage of the circumstances and holding all our fathers estates and personal items from us. She has also left us out of any plans for funeral arrangements. We have even offered to help and be apart of everything and she has shut us out. Me,my brother and sister did not get a chance to say goodbye due to COVID but also due to my step mom cutting off any authority for us to get any information from the funeral home. We have now had to take legal action just to help us get funeral service information. 
    We are needing help to of course pay for the legal advice and to also help us do some kind of memorial on our own. I've never had to do this in my life so any little bit is much appreciated.
