Tyler Moore's Fund Raiser

Hello All, this is the family of Tyler Moore and we are reaching out to help Tyler due to a serious auto accident he was in on 05/02/2016. Tyler stopped by home on his lunch hour to make sandwiches and to check in with his wife and twin sons. Tyler was eating on his way back to work and choked. He became unconscious and wrecked the family vehicle...which was totaled.  He was unresponsive and blue around his mouth when help arrived and had aspirated into his lungs.  We are so grateful for the immediate response of the Tennessee State Trooper who started CPR. He was flown by helicopter to UT Medical Center where he spent several days in critical care. Tyler has been in the hospital since his accident and at this time, it is uncertain when he will be out. He has currently developed pneumonia in both lungs and they are still trying to clear them out. Tyler is the sole provider for his family and will need help purchasing a new vehicle and with household bills during his recovery period. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
