Celebration of Life & Remembering Chantel❤️

On Sunday, July 19, 2020, our lives were forever changed.

What started as a day of relaxing and fun, being out in nature, enjoying God's creation and the gift of family, ended in one of the greatest losses that our family has ever endured. No one prepares for or even fathoms the loss of a vibrant, adventurous, caring and serving 16-year old child, Chantel. And since that day, our family has experienced the greatest grief imaginable as we sense how much Chantel impacted each of us and those around her.

Our family would like to thank you for the prayers of comfort and peace, the meals sent to Chantel's home to help her father and immediate family be able to get through each day without thinking of food preparation, the stories written on Chantel's Facebook wall as documentation of her impact in the lives of those around her. All the outpouring of love has blessed us and helped us walk this indescribable journey one step at a time.

As we are still in the process of preparing for Chantel's funeral, this page has been created for those who would like to help with costs associated in providing a service of remembrance. Also, Chantel's little sister, Zoeyjane, is still up in the hospital recovering from the accident too. Any donations will help with both needs.

We also appreciate your continued prayers as we seek to heal and move forward in a way that honors Chantel's life.

Our family truly believes that Chantel is now with her Creator, free from injury and pain, and that her spirit and memory continues on. May Chantel's love, acts of kindness and service towards others always spur you on to be your best self.
