John Tapp was in catastrophic truck rollover accident on November 24, 2015. He was airlifted with life threatening injuries and was put on life support at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Doctors worked diligently to preserve his life. His injuries included a broken neck, multiple and spontaneous brain bleeds, a head full of staple/stitches and greatly reduced mobility along with additional injuries too many to list.
His faith in God and determination kept him alive only to sustain a serious heart attack on April 13, 2016. The heart attack resulted in life threatening damage and he was transferred by an emergency vehicle to Methodist Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota where doctors performed medical intervention procedures to save his life. On May 8, 2016, John was taken to the Saint Francis Regional Hospital for a severe intestinal infection that has increased the pain and suffering as well as lengthening the recovery process.
John is 45 years old, a husband to his beloved wife Sandi and a father of 3 children. He resides in Belle Plaine, Minnesota and loves spending time with his family. He is an accomplished bowler who loves to fish, camp, hunt and be with his friends.
John has a “glass half full” attitude with a great sense of humor. A positive attitude will be critical as he looks ahead to more procedures, physical therapy and rising medical costs. But his attitude alone can’t get him through this ordeal; he needs your support and assistance in his quest for recovery.
The Tapp family is very appreciative and thankful for any size donation, large or small. It may be your contribution that will provide the life saving procedure to restore his health. May God Bless you richly and grant you a long healthly life. Thank you for your gracious consideration and donation.
