On July 30th, Chloe Hoffman sustained a serious head trauma after falling from a horse.  Chloe was airlifted to UNC Children's Hospital in Chapel Hill. 

On Monday August 1st, Chloe was moved from ICU to a regular room on a pediatric floor.  Chloe has been making progress through the Physical Therapy and Speech Therapy. 

The recovery for Chloe will require rehabilitation from the brain trauma. She will be moved to Levine's Children's Hospital in Charlotte, NC.

The money raised will be used to help with Medical Expenses while Chloe is in the hospital and the rehabilitation facility, travel expenses, meals and also assistance with family bills so Jon and Kristin can spend as much time with Chloe at the hospital.
