My name is Jack Gately and I am an AV-rated military disability attorney in Virginia Beach, Virginia. My passion is representing service members nationwide in military disability hearings; but, I realize that not everyone can afford to hire outside counsel.
For those service members, the problem is very straightforward- while the “free” JAG attorneys are usually quite good, they typically come into the process too late to make difference for most clients.
Why do I say that? Because these cases are won by shaping the medical and nonmedical evidence from the outset, not by scrambling to put it together on the day before a hearing.
So, my goal is to level the playing field by writing a series of e-books specific to each branch of the armed and uniformed services that provides service members with proven tactics and strategies to achieve the optimum outcome for themselves and their families.
For some, it is to be found fit and continue their service, even if it is in a limited duty capacity. For others, it is to be medically retired with full benefits. Everyone's goals are different. My goal is to teach you how to achieve these goals.
How will I do it? By providing service-specific advice based upon 25+ years of successfully representing members of all of the armed and uniformed service sin such proceedings. This advice will be in the form of e-books that can be downloaded free of charge and used immediately by anyone who might benefit from these publications.
To accomplish this goal,I will need to spend a significant amount of time over an eight-week period to write, edit and publish these e-books.
Thus, I am specifically requesting $15,000 to write, publish and make these e-books available free of charge to anyone who might benefit from them.
This will allow me to cover my office overhead whilst focusing on recovering from my own recent health issues
