Chris Batista's Recovery

Today while loading cars on his truck, our Dad/Chris/Pops/Papi slipped and fell from the top of his truck and had to be rushed to the hospital. Unfortunately he sustained significant injuries to his head, arm, and ribs. He is in stable condition, but has a tough fight ahead of him. The extent of his injuries are still not known at this time, but they are severe and he will have a long road to recovery ahead of him. 

For those of you that know him, you know that he is the type of person that would do anything to help someone who needs its. He manages being able to run his own business, be a dedicated husband, father, father in law, and an incredible papi to 6, soon to be 7 grandkids with what little time we have each day. He has always put family first and provided many great gathering both at home and on large family vacations. 

The purpose of this fundraiser is to help protect against the unknown. As mentioned, we do not know the extent of his injuries, but they are significant and he will have to undergo multiple surgeries while on his path to recovery. In addition to helping cover medical expenses, these funds will also be used to help cover living expenses as the primary source of income will be no longer, and as most adults know, adults have bills to pay. 

For all that he has done as the patriarch of his family tree, this gesture is only a fraction of the good he has brought to our family and friends alike. This is our chance to help out his recovery and relieve some of the pressures we face that come with adulthood. Any amount of money that can be donated to him and his healing will be greatly appreciated, thank you.
