Most of you that have been following know that Carolyn is very sick. A hospital stay in our hometown of 3 days turned into a transfer to CCU for several days until there was nothing more to offer. Now she is at UAB hospital in Birmingham, Al. Aspiration pneumonia and ARDS is what we are battling. She is strong, very strong. She is currently undergoing ECMO treatment. Through all of this she has depleted any sick/vacation time from work. Unfortunately, life goes on, and so do the bills and expenses now being accrued in the medical realm. As a family we are doing our best to keep everything current which is a challenge since we too are taking time off from work. It was suggested by a friend I start one of these pages for Carolyn's fight. She has two boys that need her. It takes a village, and we will continue to stand by her side every step of the way. If you can offer anything here we are humbly grateful, all we really ask is that you pray with us and that God is glorified through every valley and peak of this process.
