Hello my name is Alvaro Lua Jr. I was born Feb 9 2016. I was only 4 hrs. Old when my parents got the devastating news something was not right with my heart and had to be transferred to VCH. At only 2 days old i had my first open heart surgery dr. told mommy I had 50/50 chance of making it, 3 weeks later my parents got another bad news my heart valve was not working properly and this time they told them I had less than 40% chance mommy and daddy told Drs to fix my valve with the uncertainty of me making it out of surgery. I got my new mechanical valve and a peacemaker. But do to all the surgery’s my diaphragm got paralyzed drs tried to fix it and had no luck. After this devastating news my mommy and daddy also got the new that do to all the surgery’s at my short age I had bleeding in the brain my life is now uncertain, but I promise mommy and daddy brothers and sisters I will fight my best battle to be home soon.

This is what I ask of you who take the time to read my story to help my family with expenses they’ve had and will continue to have. I have 4 siblings and face more surgeries in my future. It’s hard for mommy and daddy. Please help my family with any donation I also appreciate prayers.
