Help a friend bury his patriarch

Hello everyone. I am raising funds on be half of a friend of mine who is not in the US whose father has passed suddenly. His family could not come up with the money for a life-saving treatment and now must deal with his loss. He is now the only one left to care for his teen-aged siblings who are overwhelmed by the loss of the one they thought would be around much longer to watch them grow to adults. The government in his country has stipulated that things be done within two weeks of a death because of the virus, and he fears he will not meet this deadline without assistance.
