My little princess Talia is almost 4 years old and suffers from a VERY rare genetic disorder (SPTAN1 gene mutation). She has suffered with numerous uncontrolled seizures daily since birth. She has major developmental delays due to her condition that include: the inability to walk, talk, smile, sit up or crawl. This is where the use of a wheelchair has become a necessity. With many doctor and therapy appointments weekly, and with her continuing to grow as any child does, transportation will soon become impossible without a vehicle that will accommodate her wheelchair.

Any contribution would be greatly appreciated and will be put entirely towards the conversion of van to accommodate her wheelchair.
