Sonja Pander, her wife Anne and their girls need your help.
Sonja's girls are wheelchair bound and their HC accessible van needs a new engine. The mechanics delivered the bad news last week and Sonja is overwhelmed. They have already poured money into this vehicle over the past few years; wheelchair lift failed twice, AC went out, heater went out, breaks failed, mufler fell off, now the AC is out again and the engine has thrown a rod.
This little family just doesnt have it to spare. Over the past two years, while dealing with the van issues, Sonja lost her mom to camcer, her wife had two brain surgeries, and the girls have been in and out of the hospital as well.
They are being strung along by their mortgage company who is threatening forclosure as a balloon payment looms over their heads. Im not sure how much more they can take.
The van is their only transportation. The girls have doctors appointments and school programs to attend as well as normal errans and such.
I hope that you can find it in your hearts to give to these amazing ladies. Sonja is a veteran and they are always willing to help out their friends and family when the need arises.
