Heather was diagnosed with IgA nephropathy. She has to have a kidney transplant and she doesn't have time to be on a wait list so she has to find a live donor. She is a single mother..she has to pay for her surgery and the donors surgery and follow up for two years as well ..any donations will be spent on medical bills...
