Oscar is an young man from Sydney hoping to live out the ultimate dream of playing NFL football as a punter. Since a very young age he has been a promising athlete participating in many different sports. Oscar was apart of the Sydney Swans Academy for many years and was always known for his "huge" 50+ metre kicks. It wasn't until later on in life he picked up an NFL ball and realized his ability to kick a ball high, and with a lot of hang time could lead him down a completely new path in life.
So after completing his HSC last year with a excellent results (specifically in business studies) he packed up and moved away from his family and friends to Melbourne to follow his new found dream of playing NFL.
The intense daily training sessions with a local base punting academy, learning a whole new sport and putting every effort Oscar can into this, he has finally been noticed. But it doesn't stop there! We need To get over him to the USA and really show him off. Not only will this trip give him the possible opportunity playing for a local college, but a scholarship will also be on offer.
We all know you can achieve anything when you give 100% and Oscar has come this far. His parents, family and friends would love to see him go all the way!
