Dear family & friends, As many of you know, our beloved “Nena” Mama Carmen recently went to be with the Lord after a hard-fought battle with COVID19. This loss has been emotional & unsuspected to say the least, and has had a lasting impact on our family. Mama Carmen was healthy, joyful, & full of life! She spent her days diligently maintaining her home, cooking 3 meals a day, & she recently even began playing a special role in the lives of her new grandchildren; all while singing joyful songs to the Lord daily! B/c she had such a joyful spirit & was healthy & strong, to say that our loss was unexpected would be an understatement. As many of you know, the cost of funeral services & burials can place a heavy additional burden on a grieving family. As we mourn, we are currently trying to figure out a way for our extremely small family to cover these weighty expenses. At this time we are reaching out to the few close family members we have and are heavily leaning on our faith family (and the Lord of course) for our provision. If the Lord places it on your heart & you desire to sow a financial gift we would GREATLY appreciate it.
