Sweet Oso needs ear surgery

Update!*** We are so grateful to everyone that has donated and we are overwhelmed with y’all generosity! Oso’s surgery is scheduled for next week. We are so nervous but very confident in our vet. Please think positive, healing thoughts for Oso. He will look very different after surgery and will need several weeks to heal but I will post a progress pic on my IG when he’s healed! We have also had family offer to help with the costs so I am altering our goal! We love you all! Each of you that has donated it means the world to us!!! Oso’s Story: Oso has been suffering from chronic ear infections for several years now. We have altered his diet and medications and put thousands of dollars into treatment trying to avoid surgery. Unfortunately after consulting with a specialist it seems that is the best option for making his last (hopefully several) years with us as comfortable as possible. He deserves to live out his golden years pain free! Oso is the gentlest, sweetest boy. He does not deserve to live in permanent discomfort. The surgery is very expensive and this money raised will only be a portion of the cost. In total we are looking at around $7000-$9000 and could be much more than that if there are any complications but we feel since the surgery has a high success rate and Oso is in such great shape for his age, it will all be worth it!
