Hi everyone. I'd like to thank you for the time that you’re taking to read this.
My name is Keontay Smith. I am 15 years old. Becoming a doctor and helping my community has been my dream ever since I can remember.
I was recently invited to attend a summer program at either Johns Hopkins University or the University of Chicago where I can have the opportunity to work with doctors, practice clinical exams, and develop treatment plans. This training is similar to what top medical schools provide to their medical students.
Because I cannot afford the expenses to take advantage of this opportunity, my grandmother suggested that I look into crowdfunding. The National Youth Leadership Forum: Advanced Medicine & Health Care enrollment, Is what's providing the program.
I would like to ask for your help so that I can go and learn all that I can from these leaders in medicine.
