Veteran's Service Dog

Hi everyone, I am veteran of both the US Navy and the USMC. I have PTSD, anxiety, depression and severe agoraphobia. I am trying to train my own Service Dog, Yes some places offer free service dogs, but they also ask you to fundraise to recover the cost or use their own dog or have a wait list greater than 3 years. All the money raised willgo to the service that actually trains my dog to perform his job. It is difficult for me to go outside and interact with normal society. I was able to purchase a labradoodle named Cerbie and have him partially trained and he helps me somewhat now, but I need to finish the training.
