It is a rarity to find people as talented, intellectually curious, ambitious, witty, and outspoken as Armand. He was a gifted artist, scholar, and basketball player. He often spoke about his ambitions to play for the NBA and after he went to college decided to pursue an Economics degree from the prestigious Syracuse University. It is unfortunate that a person who shined so bright and had an infinite amount of potential was taken from us too soon. Though he is gone his spirit lives within us all. He was an amazing beloved friend, brother, cousin, and mentor. Armand was 22 years young and leaves behind his mother Ruth Namahoro, his brother Alan Serugo, and Yannick Tunga. The entire family is in despair and thanks everyone who has reached out and continue to keep the family in their thoughts and prayers.
