As many of you may know, Fred Otero was recently diagnosed with cancer. He will be starting treatment, possibly daily, and will need help towards medical funds and monthly bills, as he will be unable to work.
Fred has 9 kids and 17 grandkids. He is an amazing family man, friend, and has been a respected member of this community for years.
