Have you ever had a friend that would move heaven and earth to make sure you were okay? Someone who could brighten and help lift every trouble away? A family member that cares for everyone else and worries about your well being? Riley Chenery is that person. Many of us have been blessed to have Riley in our lives. To call her friend, family or daughter. For those that haven't you have something to look forward to. This young lady has a smile that can brighten a room, a heart of gold and is a joyful young lady with her entire life ahead of her.

Riley was in a vehicle crash on her way to school. She is now on the long road to recovery. The family is thankful for the positive thoughts and prayers from everyone. They are not asking for anything except the continued love to be sent their way.

Those of us close to the family are creating this account to assist Riley and raise funds to assist her.

Riley crashed head first into a tree pinning her legs. Thanks to the amazing team at Alachua County Fire Rescue she was safely removed and air lifted to the hospital where the group at Shands began operating and working on Riley and did their part to start her onto the road to recovery.

We do not know the full extent of the recovery or the potential financial burden, but do know the family and Riley are not in this alone. Many people have reached out asking what they can do or how they can help. Please donate as much or as little as you feel in your heart of hearts to help this young lady.
