Kristi was diagnosed with cancer several years ago and has been fighting a good fight. Recently she received some bad news that the cancer has spread to her lymph nodes and liver. She is getting some very intense chemotherapy and radiation treatments and due to doctors orders, is no longer able to drive or work.
Kristi has such a great outlook on life and such a positive attitude, she did not take this news well. She would give anything to be doing the job that she loves so much and providing a great life for her 10 year old son, Brek. He means the world to her!
The last thing that anyone should have to worry about when fighting a battle like this is how to tackle the mounting medical bills, while affording basic necessities such as a home, food, clothing for a growing boy, school expenses, planning for Brek's future, etc. Can you imagine carrying this financial burden as a single mother with no current income?
Let's do what we can to remove some, if not all, of this financial stress in her life so that she can focus on more important things like taking care of herself and spending time with Brek and her family.
