This past February, Kasey Foley swam his fastest 50m freestyle and qualified to compete at the Olympic trials in June !!!
One step closer to his dream of competing at the RIO Olympics in August.
Now, to make his dream a reality, Kasey needs to focus on his extensive daily training. Your contribution, of any amount, will help cover his basic living and travel expenses, allowing him to do what he does best –
swim to win !
Kasey’s journey to the Olympic Trials began 22 years ago.Growing up in the small farming town of Willows in northern California.
Like most kids to escape the sweltering summer heat, he jumped in a pool and started swimming at 4.
But unlike most kids, he began competing at 6, and his competitive spirit flourished.
Swimming in over a 100 meets, his bedroom shelves are filled with trophies, medals and MVP acknowledgements. Along with academic achievements and awards.
He swam all 4 years at Willows High, smashing the school record in the 100 freestyle by swimming under 50 seconds. A record he still holds 4 years later.
Now in college he continues to win and break records, and maintain almost a 4.0 gpa.
While attending Orange Coast College and competing at State Champs he won 2nd place in the 50 free, and swam with the 200 free relay team who not only won 1st place but they did so in record breaking time.
Kasey was also recognized by his team winning MVP for the season.
This past season competing at a Division 1 college the University Nevada at Las Vegas, Kasey continues to prove he is an unbeatable force.
As a member of the 200m free relay, the team had not lost a race all season, and crowned this achievement by taking 1st place at WAC in February.

Kasey has proven his dedication, passion and competitive spirit are a winning combination for success.
Kasey and his family are grateful for your support !!
