Hi everyone, as you know my twin brother, Justin Cook was tragically killed by another man who beat him in the head and choked him until he was lifeless!! This occured on October 11th, 2019. The kid, 23 yrs old, will not be convicted of murder due to the grand jury ruling it a "no bill" case. He has never seen a day in jail for this horrible crime!! It is now 9 months later and no headstone has been purchased. If you are able to help at all, I am wanting to get a nice headstone for his grave. Please message me if you have any questions.
