Rusty Bonham and Family

This sweet family has been thru the ringer. Not only has Rusty been battling type one diabetes and managing with dialysis but last weekend Rusty began to not feel well. Come Tuesday Sara convinced him it was time to go to the hospital. Tuesday evening Rusty was rushed to the hospital via ambulance and admitted shortly after arriving. While correcting issues Rusty was having from his pre existing conditions, Rusty’s COVID-19 test came back positive. Not only was Rusty having to go through all of this but because he was COVID-19 positive that also meant Rusty’s wife Sara would not be able to be by his side to help him fight this. Thankfully for the amazing team of doctors, nurses and techs Rusty has had at the ICU they assured Sara and their family they will do everything they can do to take care of him.  Rusty has been out of work since mid March due to COVID-19. Sara was supposed to start back at work last week but due to their family having to quarantine that did not happen yet and depending on how much treatment Rusty will need once he is able to return home Sara is not sure when she will be able to return to work. I am hoping this page can help them get back on their feet and ask for prayers for a speedy recovery and healing. I know Rusty is ready to be home and be able to hold his wife and their 5 children.
