Lorenzo Henrique Adam, aka ELMO Needs Your Help!
For some time now, Elmo has been plagued by osteoarthritis causing severe hip pain. His work and every day tasks have become more and more difficult.
Doctors have told him that a total hip replacement is needed as soon as possible. Those of you who have gone through similar conditions know that surgery of this kind is essential.
Elmo needs your support with the costs of this vital surgery.
We all know that he has always been there for our community, whether he's been entertaining fun-loving crowds, fundraising for local worthy causes, encouraging and mentoring local artists and musicians etc..
Now Elmo needs YOUR support. The surgery and related hospital costs will be approximately $10,000 USD.
