Hey everyone recently I was in an accident in my mother’s car. I wasn’t texting and I was sober I rear ended someone when they slammed on their brakes for a pedestrian they didn’t see crossing the street. I recently was laid off of all 3 of my jobs and my mother was laid off of both of hers as well both situations are due to the pandemic. Along with that recently my mother’s only remaining parent her father passed away and me and her spent everything we had left on his wake and funeral. So, now that the car has been totaled we don’t have the funds to replace it. Insurance is helping out with a little bit because my moms policy is so cheap and I’m not on her insurance because of this we aren’t getting enough money to get a new vehicle. The amount I chose as a goal is the very minimum we need to ensure my mother can have a working vehicle again. Please help me so I can surprise her and right my wrong.
