Hello. Today Jacob and Chelsea found out their 1 year old daughter, Layla has to go in for open heart surgery in the very near future due to a thick membrane surrounding her heart. Any type of donation is welcomed to help with things such as transportation, medical bills, and bills in general as both mom and dad will be off of work for a little bit. Updates will be posted.
