We have set up this go fund me page to hopefully raise the money for funeral and burial expenses as well as travel expenses for the family to get to where they need to be. We ask that in lieu of any flowers or cards that you please make a donation here.  Any extra money left over in this account after everything is taken care of will be donated to a charity in Sam's name.

Our family's cemetary is in Williamsville , New York where Sam and I grew up. This is where he will be returned to and laid to rest. There are extensive costs involved with him being brought back home to New York from California on top of the regular expenses. Also our family is spread from coast to coast and we would like to be able to help those who need it get to  his memorial services.

The world lost a beautiful soul this past week... I am grateful that Sam was allowed to leave peacefully in his sleep and is now able to be the free spirit he has always been. Please feel free to utilize Sam's facebook page as a place to grieve, connect with friends, family and loved ones, post memories and celebrate his life and the love we all shared with him.

As we finalize arrangements for a memorial service we will let everyone know.  We appreciate all your thoughts and prayers and any contribution to this fund (no matter how small) is one step closer to laying my brother to rest. From Sam's family to all of you- we wish you all comfort and peace in dealing with this incredible loss.
