In his first year as a Masters Athlete, Coach Panos finished 2nd in the World after the CF Masters Qualifier, securing a spot on the competition floor at the 2016 CrossFit Games in Carson California!!

There was no beginners luck to this accomplishment. Coach Panos' personal fitness journey started at an early age and he began sharing this passion in 2004 when he first started a personal training business. Coach Panos has been a CF coach and athlete since 2008. He competed as an individual athlete at CrossFit's first sectionals and at the CF Regionals from 2010-2012. Starting in 2013 Coach Panos switched gears and began focusing on the team aspect of competition. He was the coach and an athlete on a team that competed at the CF Regionals from 2013-2015.

I'm reaching out to family, friends and the community to join me in helping send Coach Panos to this years 2016 CrossFit Games.

All donations will go towards flights, housing, transportation and registration.
