Andre Garcia , 22 was killed by a drunk driver along with close friends , Rashawn Richard and Jason De Los Santos on march 31,2023 . A man with friends and 2 children that he wanted to care and be there for no matter what happens. He was a forward man who had goals and wanted to achieve what he thought was best for others close to him. 3 sons got taken away from us by a man who chose to drink and put people’s lives at death .
