The Shoop family who has been our friends & tenants for many years is enduring the unimaginable misfortune of losing everything they own in a house fire that happened late Saturday, June 27th, 2020. Thankfully everyone in their beautiful family of 5 is safe!!
Kyle & Ashley Shoop along with their 3 children Ethan (4), Conor (8), and Dakota (7) were celebrating Kyle's birthday Saturday night. They were grilling out and enjoying the evening. They decided to cook fries inside and ended up with an accidental grease fire that quickly got out of hand. The firefighters were able to eventually put out the house fire, but while everyone made it out safely (Thank God!), the home and all their belongings inside were completely lost. Kyle, Ashley, Ethan, Conor, & Dakota are all left with NOTHING. To make matters worse, the home was not insured.
I'm asking for all the help we can get right now to help The Shoop's get back on their feet amidst this tragic accident. There is no donation too small! Even $1 will help if youre able to spare. If you are unable to financially help, here are the clothing sizes and I'm willing to drive to pickup any donations of clothing, basic necessities, food, etc.
Ethan - 5t.
Connor - 10 tall.
Dakota - 8t.

They were able to stay with a friend last night and possibly a couple more nights. All monies will be used to get this family a place to stay and all basic necessities.
