Jason Gunder’s Recovery

Donation protected
Reaching out for the Gunder family, In July of 2019 we noticed Jason was having a hard time swallowing. In November of 2019 he under went surgery to have a nodule in his esophagus that was collecting all his food not allowing it to reach his stomach tied, this surgery did not successfully repair the issue. Unfortunately due to Covid he was supposed to undergo another surgery in March of 2020 to have it removed, that was postponed. In June of 2020 he went in for a check up and they found the nodule had tripled in size. Jason has lost over 70 pounds since this has begun. He has now went in for 5 surgeries in a little over a week. He now has a feeding tube to help him regain weight along with a bleed that can not be stopped at this point. There is no date on when Jason will be able to come home and what the next several weeks of recovery Jason and his family have ahead of them. Jason has worked very hard to provide for his family and is always willing to give someone the shirt off his back. This has unfortunately put a major financial impact on his family. The Gunder family is asking for a little bit of help to get through this major financial strain. Anything and everything will help! Thank you The Gunder’s
