Hey y'all I'm starting this campaign to help Steve Mcmillen, my friend of 22 years. Steve is a loving husband and life partner to Nancy. Father to Emily, Ashley, and Jonathan. Grandpa to Lily. He's also an amazing friend to myself and many others. He's always the one to help you if you need it. One of the best listeners when you need an ear. He's fun and funny. He's the guy that will laugh even when your jokes suck to make you feel better lol
Steve was just diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. The cancer has spread to his kidneys and lungs. He also has several massive tumors and a hernia in his esophagus. Since Steve isn't working, like most of us, he has no health insurance. Without it, the only available options for treatment are cash only payments. The official consultation for a treatment plan is over 1k. Combine that with the actual treatment plan as well as the loss of income to his family, Im gonna ask for help.
I understand this is a crazy time to ask anyone to help with his medical needs. However we love this man with all our hearts. If you can reach into your pockets and find anything you can spare, you would be helping relieve the financial stress of an otherwise overwhelming situation.
