Max’s Emergency Surgery

Max needs your help.....
Max went through five hours of emergency surgery last night to save his life. He is currently stable and under close observation until Monday/Tuesday.
Max is 11 years old and the veterinarian said most people euthanize their dogs because of their older age & the cost of surgery ($5,300). They were surprised when I refused to have him euthanized and paid the $3,000 deposit without hesitation. Max has given so much love, happiness & comfort to thousands of people over the last decade, including myself. Max has helped so many patients get better at hospitals, nursing homes along with helping so many children in school to do better. Max gives an average of 40-50 hours a week tirelessly helping others without so much as a whimper. He visits 3 elementary schools during the school year daily for a total of 15 schools per week helping over 200 children & teachers. After schools he visits 1-2 nursing homes along the way home and on weekends visits the VA Hospital in Tampa. Max is a hard-working, loving and devoted dog to helping others.
From what the veterinarian told he either got stung in his throat or swallowed something. It was not a frog. I could never put Max down without a fight.
I am coming to each and every one of you asking to help with Max’s bill. Max’s bill was very high and from what I was told this is just the start. Please, if Max or any of my dogs has ever added a smile to your day or given you a ray of hope or a laugh to make your week go a little easier, please help with Max’s medical expenses.
