Grant, Jack and I have completed a few 5 and 10k Spartan runs, but this will be our biggest challenge yet - the 21k Spartan race on the 4th October.

Our Father-in-law/Uncle Pat has friedreich’s ataxia, a condition which damages the nervous system, impacting the spinal cord and nerves that control muscle movement.

We’d like to raise as much money as we can for Ataxia UK, a charity that supports those suffering with the condition, and helps fund research for trial treatments - many of which Pat has benefited from.
