Help From The Friends And Family Of Stacie Cryer

I first met Kirk and Stacie Cryer sometime after my parents moved to Carlyss from Westlake. My father, Jerry, and Kirk both worked at the same plant and quickly became close friends after the move to Carlyss (they live a five minute golf cart ride from one another). The Cryers are some of the best folks we know. They are always willing to lend a hand or help folks in need. Kirk and Stacy prepared a giant pot of gumbo to feed the guest at my wedding. Recently, Stacie was diagnosed with ALS. And while she and the family are taking things in stride, it has become necessary for the family to make some lifestyle and financial changes. As most of you know, ALS is a complicated disease that requires an increasing number of devices and machines to help a person live a comfortable life. Those costs, plus the cost of doctors, medicine, and visits to out of town appointments, will quickly add up. We ask that you give anything you can to help the Cryers out. Anything you give will go directly to Kirk and Stacie to help with ongoing bills associated with ALS.
