Hello friends and family

Most of you know about my nephew Jason Caveza and for those of you do not: at the age of 4 he was diagnosed with leukemia, endured chemotherapy, total body radiation and within a year a bone marrow transplant. He lived cancer free until 2014 when he was diagnosed with tongue cancer and had to have a portion of his tongue removed, then in 2016 he had to have more of his tongue removed.  On April 28th Jason had to have most of what was left of  his tongue removed during a 16 1/2 hour surgery doctors rebuilt his tongue with muscle and tissue from his leg, but they also had to remove several inches of his jaw and 7 teeth because the cancer had spread.  After many ups and downs, Jason was finally released from the hospital May 18th.

Jason has a long road ahead with 6 weeks of radiation, Speech therapy where he will learn to swallow, drink, eat and talk.  Needless to say it will be a long time before J can return to work,  so I am creating this fund so he does not have to worry about finances until he is well.

In addition to anything you can give, please continue to pray for him.
