Saving Chandra

Just 5 weeks ago I was hanging out with my best friend Chandra Wharff Wickham. My friend, trim, healthy & flat-tummied at only 47 years old, just one month before look perfectly fine. Now she looks 6 month pregnant. Friday I went with her to a GYN Oncologist. Chandra was referred to them by an ER doc after going in unable to eat, drink & experiencing severe abdominal pain. A CT scan showed 2 very large tumors on her ovaries. Dr. Santilliãn measured these tumors at 24cm & 16 cm. These tumors MUST come out - IMMEDIATELY. The doctors cannot determine if they are cancerous until they are removed. Due to the rapid growth - time is crucial. Due to the size, Chandra needs a complete hysterectomy, lymphnodes removed, & a possible bowel resection. The doctor said it will be a 5 to 10 hr surgery & if all goes well she will have a 5 to 7 day hospital stay. CHANDRA IS A SINGLE MOM, WITH NO HEALTH INSURANCE. SHE DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR MEDCAID DUE TO HER INCOME. SHE HAS A FULL TIME JOB SHE LOVES, BUT THEY DO NOT PROVIDE INSURANCE. The hospital is requiring $11,665 UP FRONT, on the DAY OF SURGERY. She has to provide proof of ability to pay prior to scheduling surgery to get this greatly discounted rate. It is a flat rate for being uninsured. The doctor says Chandra needs this surgery by JUNE 22, 2020. He scheduled it on his calendar already; however the hospital bills & anesthesiologist bills, any potential treatments required after the masses are removed, & lost wages due to recovery time are absolutely impossible for my friend or her family to pay. We are hoping to raise $16,000 to @ least cover the first 2 months expenses. Please. Please. Help. Thank you..
