Thank you so much for your prayers and support throughout William's fight with COVID. William was a healthy 46 year old with no underlying medical conditions before becoming sick with COVID. He is a nurse practitioner and his wife Angie is also a nurse. He has been at LSU Shreveport in the MICU on the ventilator for over 40 days. He now has a tracheostomy and has been receiving PT, OT, and Speech Therapy daily. His next step will be to go to a rehab facility to regain his strength. Angie has been unable to work during this time due to still testing positive for COVID (6 weeks later). Angie and William have insurance but it will not cover the entire cost of his ICU and rehabilitation stay. Any donations that are received will go towards these medical expenses. If you are unable to donate, your prayers are just as appreciated. William still has a long recovery road ahead of him, but he is here today because of your prayers and we give all the glory to God!
