Andy Schmerr, 39 of Harrison, Ohio, loving father to Ryan Schmerr, 7 (almost 8), received the devastating diagnosis of stage 4 pancreatic cancer in late May, 2020. He is fighting this disease with all he has, and is devoting as much time as he can to his son and family. He is being cared for by his father David Schmerr and David’s wife Kathy. Without health insurance, the bills associated with all of his treatments, including chemotherapy, will soon be weighing on his family’s already heavy hearts. We are asking for any and all support financially and for thoughts and prayers of healing as the family copes with this tragedy during already painful and difficult circumstances. Andy has worked in the restaurant industry for many years; most recently at Sonder Brewing in Mason, OH and with his dad at EMMA Wine Bar in Cincinnati. He also is a stand-up comic and loves making people laugh. He has devoted his life to providing for his son and cares deeply for his family, including his two brothers Daniel and Ben and many close friends.
