Meet The Keepers Wildlife Rescue is organizing this fundraiser.
We need your help ❤
As you know, Covid19 has affected so many and forced many businesses, rescues and individuals to loose everything. The Keepers wildlife rescue center typically loves this busy time of year! We welcome rescues and provide all veterinary care needed for each owner surrender, orphaned, injured, abused and neglected animal that we can help!
Unfortunately this year, all sources of income has dissapeared and /or been canceled. Our educational programs, summer camps, museum displays, dog walkathon and our Keepers family fun festival have all been canceled. Not to worry! Both Keepers swung into action and got full time jobs to ensure the wildlife center would be just fine during these difficult times. Unfortunately, months later, we are still in the same situation.
Spring and summer is a very busy time and that is where we need your help! We have 9 sterilizations coming up (1640$), 16 animals to vaccinate (1118$), 31 annual vet exams (1550$), 3 animals need bloodwork to renew medications (689$), flea/tick/heartworm prevention for 6 of our animals (1200$), piglets (puppy) corrective eye surgery + neuter (480$) etc.. We also continue to purchase 80lbs of fresh fruits, vegetables, meat and insects to feed every other day. Cleaning supplies, enclosures, toys, enrichment items, heat bulbs and bedding are part of our regular list as well.
We will be posting a Go Fund Me in a few hours in. The Keepers do not want to give up. We are asking our followers to unite for wildlife and consider donating during these difficult times to help us continue our mission to educate, rescue and help ❤ Every dollar can help. As always, we promise you that our standard of care has never, and will not, be anything but the best! We love and thank you all in advance! We hope everyone is healthy, safe and well!
