Chaplain Course - Spiritual Caregiver

Many signs have brought me to the point where I am called to bring my care giving skills to another level. Last year I took my first unit of Clinical Pastoral Education; this year again I am following my heart to take my second unit.  Upon completion I will be qualified to be an Associate Chaplain.  Once certified, I will offer my services to nursing homes, assisted living residences or women's shelters as an on-call chaplain.  I am honored to share in a person's journey and practice compassionate presence.  I am hoping to get some financial assistance for the $1200 course fee and travel expenses to drive to class 100 miles once per week.  Class starts 2/23/13; I'll need $600 to start and $600 by mid-March.  See http://rockymountaincpe.org and http://www.martibarbour.com
