48 Yr. Old Woman With No Water For a Year

I am a 48 year old woman on ODSP who suffers from fibromyalgia and have been living with no water for over a year now, after a major thunderstorm caused multiple electrical issues with my well which will cost me $2,000 in repairs that i simply cannot afford. My only source of clean water the past year has been from my neighbor's outside faucet which unfortunately also becomes inaccessible during the winter, and is still more than 500 feet away from my house since i live in a rural area. I have spent more than a year now lugging heavy water jugs from my neighbor's house in order to just survive, despite the fact that this leaves me in so much pain i am barely able to move for the next 3 days each time i do it, while i waited for an answer from one after another organization i have been told to apply to for help, only to be denied in the end after sometimes months of waiting just for an answer from each program. After reaching out for help to everyone possible including ODSP, to the MPP'S office, the Mayor, as well as a constituent of the federal government branch, i have been denied help each time and have now been left at square one with no other hope of any help, despite the new threat of Covid-19 as well, with no way to even properly wash my hands to protect myself or the public, on top of having no shower, and only a plastic porta potty to use.If it wasn't for the continued patience, generosity and help of my neighbor over the past year, myself and my dog simply wouldn't have survived and could have technically died with no other source or access to any water at all! I just don't know how much longer i can continue living this way, and i know i definitely won't survive another winter like this, especially if we have another really cold winter unlike this past one!***STORY UPDATE: In RECENT BREAKING NEWS!!! the "Neverending No water Nightmare" portion of this story is finally over and i can officially say that.. "I FINALLY have my very own running water once again at last!!" Whoo hooo! :)) To be continued...Coming up! 'Missing Backstory' - Big Secret that actually started this going on 6 years ago and the reason why this whole year long No Water Nightmare never should have happened at all or at least would never have been a problem to fix... (*nor would all the other things that broke or went wrong have been a problem to fix right away myself either! ;)...until the very first day that i moved into my house and my file was transferred from the Sudbury office to North Bay, and suddenly with no word, no warning, not even a phone call i happen to notice into the 2nd month that my support payments are not showing in my account and it appears that i haven't gotten a cheque at all the last 2 months... !!?! ;)) Lol
