Amputation surgery

We need help ... We are heart broken. My cat River is at the Angel Vet in Surrey BC. She requires her leg to be amputated due to getting caught in a leg trap. There is and are better methods of trapping that are safer for ANY animals. Cage traps work great! Right now she is being treated for the infection and is on pain meds but the Vet needs to amputated and we can not cover the costs. River has 4 baby’s at home waiting for her and we miss her. We are hoping to raise the amount of the amputation so we do not have to surrender her and she can come home. We are so thankful for everything everyone is doing to help ... Thank you all
