Chris Ledbetter Needs Us More Than Ever.

Some of you may have heard the name of Christopher Ledbetter. Many of you have not. Please take the time to read this, regardless of what you may know. Chris Ledbetter is a US Marine, from a small town in Oklahoma. On more than one occasion Chris has served his community, saving lives and protecting children by exposing predators working around children daily. Chris believes in freedom and defending his fellow man. Now Chris has been arrested, and he needs our help. After Chris completed his Military service, he volunteered overseas for the freedom of those much less fortunate than us here in America, of the goodness of his being rather than for a for a paycheck. After his voluntary service, Chris came back to Oklahoma. At more than one point Chris was instrumental in saving the life of civilians near where he lived and worked. In one situation, Chris found a man hitting a Woman’s head on a curb. Chris fought the man, and restrained him until police arrived and arrested him. He saved her life. Chris also was responsible for exposing two McLoud Police Officers, for committing sex crimes while on duty. At least one of these officers was a school resource officer that had harassed high school girls while he was supposed to be protecting them. The officers had both been either fired or were placed on leave. Chris prevented more children from being harassed, hurt or abused. Regardless of his right doing, Chris has been targeted by the police in McLoud. The McLoud police department did not take any of this well. They have harassed Chris and his family for months. In February a Police Officer, off duty and out of uniform harassed his mother and his sister, and would not leave them alone until Chris came to their defense. The officer lied and claimed to be a sergeant, and then the police chief. He then made call on his personal phone or a handheld radio saying Chris threatened to kill him. Then communicated with dispatch. Eventually officers staged at a neighbors house, to intimidate or to make a move on Chris. Fortunately, there was never a fight. The police then later lied and said the officers at the neighbors house were there for dinner, (when they had come down the road to his house with lights on). More recently, after pumping Gas and being watched by an officer, police tried to arrest Chris without cause. He drove the speed limit, used turn signals, and had nothing wrong with his vehicle when the officer followed him and tried to stop him. Worried for his life and his freedom, Chris continued at around 35mph until he arrived at his home. He got out of his vehicle with his rifle and opened his gate, and the officer turned around and sped away. When Chris made a phone call to get into contact with the Police Chief, he was told he was being pulled over for a busted tail light. On video the whole time, and on the phone with the officer, Chris checked his tail lights and determined he was being lied to. Police showed, and attempted to use a neighbors land to gain access to Chris. Fortunately they were unable to and they eventually left. Taunting him with a goodnight as they left. They knew that he wouldn’t sleep, in case they would return. Since, Chris has spent his time speaking out in attempt to expose the McLoud PD for their illegal and unjustified actions. He has volunteered his time, and now sacrificed his freedom to defend his community and the communities of Cities in the state of Oklahoma. On the morning of June 4, 2020 OHP and FBI agents arrived at his residence to serve a search warrant. His mother and Step father were present, and were forced out of the home for at least 12 hours. Chris was arrested, taken into custody. Chris does not mean anyone harm, and does not wish for anything but peace and freedom. We ask our Veteran brothers in arms, family, friends, and fellow freedom loving Americans to help us to pay for legal fees and fight this in the court room to free an innocent man. Any amount helps.
